Even though your RV is “new to you,” that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s new to the elements.

I get asked all the time, “My unit is brand new. There shouldn’t be any signs of oxidation.”

Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. Before you purchased that RV, you have no idea how long it may have been sitting outside on a dealership lot, exposed to the Arizona sun, heat, dust, and weather.

So even if you’ve only owned it for a year, the fiberglass could already have years of exposure behind it. Oxidation can start developing long before you ever take ownership.

That’s why regular washing, proper protection, and maintenance are so important—especially here in Arizona. ☀️🏜️

Don’t wait until the oxidation is severe. Prevention and maintenance can save you a lot of money and headaches down the road.
