Imagine receiving a call informing you that your grandchild / niece or nephew / younger sibling needs a safe home immediately, and that if you can’t take them in, they’ll be placed with strangers in foster care.
That’s what kinship caregivers are faced with, and when they say YES to providing care, it comes with a daunting amount of new responsibilities and systems to navigate.
Seeds Community Center is here to provide resources and community for those who say YES to caring for a child in their lives.
