The idea here is not to go crazy with over-analysis. Simple is sustainable. You want to hone in on 5 or 6 key performance indicators, those data points that can reveal what's going on with your business at any given time. I'm going to share a sample of how you might set this up. As always, modify any advice to best suit your particular needs. The ideas in this video can help get you started.
