The Slider Pike is a great exercise to build core strength, shoulder stability, and body control from head to toe.

Over the next 4 weeks, we’ll focus on building endurance, increasing strength, and improving movement quality with a balanced mix of HYROX, resistance, and hybrid training.

🤠🌅 GIDDY UP & GAINZ VOL. 4 🌅🤠
What a memorable evening in the Arizona desert.
Our Sunset Ride + Cowboy Cookout may have been an intimate group, but it was packed with great conversation, incredible scenery, a 1.5-hour trail ride, a hearty cowboy meal, and even a surprise appearance from Javi the Javelina. 🐗🌵
These events are a reminder that the F45 community extends far beyond the walls of the studio. It’s about building connections, sharing experiences, and making memories together.
We’re already planning Vol. 5: a Sunrise + Breakfast Ride before we take a break for the summer and return in the fall.
