❤️🍻 FOUR YEARS 🍻❤️

Four years ago today, we unlocked the doors for our soft opening and stepped into a dream we’d been working toward for a very long time.

We were excited. Hopeful. Running on sleepless nights, determination, and a belief that if we worked hard enough, we could build something special.

What we didn’t know then was that OTR would become so much more than a restaurant and bar.

It would become a second home.

A place where friendships were made, birthdays were celebrated, teams won and lost, and countless memories were created.

Over the last four years, we’ve watched staff become family and guests become friends. We’ve celebrated marriages, babies, graduations, promotions, and so many life milestones right alongside all of you.

We’ve watched our own kids grow up inside these walls.

We’ve shared in your celebrations, and you’ve helped us through some of our hardest days.

Because the truth is, small business ownership isn’t always pretty.

There have been incredible highs, and there have been nights we sat in this building after close, exhausted and wondering how we’d make it through another week.

But every challenge, every lesson, every late night, every early morning, every beer poured, every meal served, every karaoke song, trivia night, football game, and conversation across this bar brought us here.

Four years later.

Still here.

Still growing.

Still dreaming.

To every guest who has walked through our doors, shared a meal, ordered a drink, attended an event, recommended us to a friend, or simply chose to spend your time with us…thank you!

To our staff, both past and present, thank you for helping make OTR what it is.

To our friends, family, and community who have supported us through every high and low, thank you.

You are the reason OTR exists.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for four unforgettable years.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and excited for what’s still to come.

Here’s to the memories we’ve made and the ones we haven’t created yet.
