Yesterday I posted two reasons that I’ve discovered why men cheat. Today it’s women. 1️⃣Some women cheat because the other man was able over the course of time have great CONVERSATION with her. After many months of effective CONVERSATION she began to fully trust him and became vulnerable to his powerful words. All the while her man was neglecting her, ignoring her, hanging up on her, and in some cases verbally and emotionally abusing her. She gave up! 2️⃣ She cheated because the other man became incredibly CURIOUS about her life without judging her which led to deeper conversations. He fully accepted her. She was able to be herself. He loved on her. His patient CURIOSITY explored her complicated world, her emotions, her feelings, her highs and lows, etc. Overtime she became vulnerable and gave into him. All this was happening while her man continued to display anger towards her and made her feel not good enough. She gave up! Cheating is never the best option. I’m sure men in the comments will argue and disagree with me all day long and call women all sorts of names. As a licensed therapist and professional counselor I’m going to continue to listen to the stories of both men and women as they talk out loud about their pain and their reasons for going astray without judgment or condemnation. I hope that in disagreement you can learn valuable lessons to apply in your own relationship! #CouplesCounselingCenter
