Seriously, I am happy to be busy, this has been a hectic season. Between Sun in Libra and my other gig doing personal training for Fit Body Bootcamp, it can sometimes feel like I’m always on the go.
The thing that keeps me going though is the fact that both of these jobs allow me to show people a clear path to being their best selves. Whether that’s building a skincare routine that gives them confidence, or motivating someone to do just one more rep, I am happy to put out a positive experience for people who are looking to invest in themselves.
I am busy, but damn I am also lucky!

Feeling run down? Ready to shed the chill of winter and embrace the warmth of spring?
Join us March 20th from 6:30-8:30pm as we gather to embrace new energy, new beginnings and let go of what is no longer serving us and allowing us to be our highest and best self.
There will be meditation and journaling to help center and process your thoughts and feelings as we enter this next spring season.
If you’ve never meditated or journaled before, we will be there to hold space and guide you as needed.
