Brian Henry and Marilyn Prichard appreciated the opportunity to connect with Mario Moceri, Francis Moceri, John Delia, Kim Robinson, Alan Garbacik, and Christina Rice.

Key takeaways from Dan’s presentation were gradually improving residential inventory, more normalized home price growth following the rapid appreciation of 2020–2022, and increasingly selective buyers, making pricing, condition, and location more critical to successful outcomes in the year ahead. Todd spoke about medtail as a new asset class that sits at the intersection of medical office and traditional retail. It refers to heath care and wellness tenants occupying retail format space most commonly in shopping centers or high visibility storefronts.
