Creative Lumens Lighting

There have been quite a few changes this month at Creative Lumens!

- We welcomed Joe Niksa to the Team as our Engineering Manager.

- Greg Wells transitioned to become our VP of Sales

- Lindsey Krygier transitioned to become our Operations and Service Manager

- Finally, Blake Barterian recently stepped into his more comprehensive role as Plant Manager

July was another record-breaking month for Creative Lumens! With rapid growth comes necessary change. So, we are currently in the process of making more space for production, adding workcenters, expanding inventory and finishing up a new office addition. The downside is we are losing our in-house Pickleball court! So we will have to make due with Mario Tennis in the conference room 😂

We took Friday afternoon to show appreciation for the Team making Creative Lumens work, and taking time to spend quality time with one another. Great time at Topgolf and well deserved. This team has worked hard to adjust to the rapid growth this year! We look forward to welcoming six new team members in the next few weeks 🙌

You can never say Thank You too often if it is genuine. We are genuinely thankful for all of the customers and suppliers who have partnered with us and supported us in these early chapters of Creative Lumens.

It has been 18 short months and we are SHATTERING our record sales month of April 2025, and we are not slowing down!

In the beginning of May our second production line was up and running and just 2 months later we are staffing a second shift and planning for Line 3!

Next Friday we will be taking the afternoon to show appreciation for our entire Team. They have worked hard and showed up and many of them have periodically worked staggered hours and overtime in order to support second shift operations that we were not yet prepared to staff full time. They have worked together and contributed ideas and new approaches to improve process, quality and efficiency.

So, we say Thank You to EVERYONE who has made Creative Lumens possible and successful!

Line 2 is up and running! Top picture may look like we are running out of space, but we still have plenty of room to grow. It will just cost us a pickleball court 🤷‍♂️

- We are excited to announce that we closed out 2024 placing orders for an additional SMT line outfitted with (2) JUKI RS1Rs and 4ft JUKI P-LED Screen Printer. We also added two, new SMT operators to the team in Q4! More exciting updates coming soon!

: On August 23rd, we enjoyed an afternoon of team building/appreciation. We had lunch at a marina and hit the water to go skiing, tubing, swimming at Cass Lake in Waterford, MI.
