Congratulations to our Q2 Trailblazer Award winner, Ashley Johnson! 🏆✨

Ashley has been an employment screening analyst with PG for 7 years, and if you’ve ever worked with her, it’s no surprise she’s being recognized. When asked what drives her to go above and beyond, Ashley shared that she keeps it personal: “What if this were my dad? My sister?” That kind of empathy turns a process that can feel stressful into one that feels supported.

When asked what being a Trailblazer means to her, she said she’s humbled to be recognized as someone making an impact, not just through her work, but through her contribution to PG’s culture.

Populus Group was at WBENC this week in Salt Lake City and we loved every second of it 🙌

Taniesha Thomas represented us at the 2026 Women's Business Enterprise National Council - WBENC National Conference, the largest conference of its kind for women business owners, bringing together thousands of entrepreneurs and corporate executives to connect and do business. It’s exactly the kind of room we want to be in!

Grateful for the connections that were made and new friends we got to meet!

Yesterday, each graduate presented to our Executive Team and was recognized with a certificate in celebration of their hard work, growth, and leadership throughout the program.

We’re proud to celebrate this milestone and excited to see the impact they’ll continue to make across Populus Group 👏

As we step into June, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a meaningful May at Populus Group.

Last month gave us space to honor the moms, mother figures, caregivers, mentors, and steady voices who pour into the people around them every day. May was also Mental Health Awareness Month, and our climbers showed up in support of Hope Ignites' Walk for Hope, reminding us how important it is to make space for care, connection, and support!

Thankful for the people who keep showing up for one another, at work, at home, and in our communities. Here’s to carrying that connection with us into June!

There’s something special about getting face-to-face time with the people you usually only see through a screen.

Our Arizona team welcomed climbers from across the country for a week centered around connection, service, and a ton of fun too, of course!

From visiting with partners and contractors to volunteering with Feed My Starving Children - Tempe, the week gave our team a chance to step outside of the day-to-day and spend meaningful time together. They packed meals, shared conversations around leadership, connected with clients, and even put their teamwork to the test at Activate in Scottsdale.

Kirsty Allen shared, “The week was a great example of how Populus Group puts its people first, and how strong internal connections naturally carry over into the way we support our clients and contractors, too.” and we couldn't agree more! Grateful for our AZ climbers and everyone who made the week so meaningful!

What a day! The MHCC Supplier Diversity Matchmaker event was incredible this year! Our team was able to connect with old friends and make some new ones while having intentional conversations about how our partnerships can help create a brighter future for inclusivity.
