🚨UPDATE: Construction work surrounding the Troy Public Library. The concrete along Civic Center Dr. is being replaced.

🗓️ Beginning Saturday, June 13 all Civic Dr. traffic will be shifted to the northbound lane to replace the concrete along Civic Dr.

🦺 Construction will begin Monday, June 15.
Please use caution when visiting the library the next few weeks. The City of Troy Government states, "Traffic will shift to the northbound lanes while southbound lanes are reconstructed, then shift to the newly completed southbound lanes while northbound lanes are rebuilt. The project is expected to be completed by Labor Day.”

Curious how mummies were made thousands of years ago? This interactive program at Troy Public Library uncovers the fascinating world of Egyptian burial practices and the herbal methods used in the mummification process.

During the Herbs of Egyptian Mummification program, you’ll explore ancient preservation techniques, discover the role of ritual tools, and even learn how to make a mummy using everyday household items.
