A STUNNING PIECE OF WISCONSIN ART HISTORY IS OFFICAL HEADING HOMED! 🏡✨

Years ago, I purchased this watercolor painting by the celebrated local artist MAX FERNEKES. It beautifully captures the iconic stone houses on historic SHAKE RAG STREET IN MINERAL POINT!

This was one of the very FIRST pieces of art I ever bought, and it has been a deeply cherished part of my collection.🖼️🖌️

There is NOTHING MORE REWARDING than an art journey coming full circle. While it is bittersweet to part with a painting I have adored for so long, knowing its next chapter makes letting go so much easier. ❤️🎨

✨I am absolutely elated to share that this piece has officially been sold to a wonderful woman who lives right there in town—it is going home to the town where it was painted
