Sometimes what feels like a missed opportunity is actually the setup for an even better outcome.

Our agent, Rob Coggin, was working with buyers relocating from New York who had already fallen in love with a specific floor plan and pool. When the first home went under contract before they had job confirmation, it could have been a major setback.
