Real Estate With Pets

Great idea

✨Dog Parent Hurricane Tip✨ Use a kiddie pool lined with p*e pads and/ sods as an indoor potty station for your pups! 🚽 Since the store ran out of sods, we lined ours with p*e pads, collected grass and sticks that Jackson p*ed on during our walk, and placed them on top of the pads. The scent of their own p*e encourages pups to use the indoor potty since it’s a familiar scent to them! 👃🏼(this is also why dogs always p*e on the same spots on their walks) This is a great hack for any situations when dogs can’t go outside to potty, snow storms, rain storms etc. ⛈️🌪️❄️ Save this post so you don’t forget! Stay safe to everyone who may be impacted by Hurricane Milton! 🌀🫶🏼 #hurricanemilton #hurricaneseason #hurricaneprep #petcare #dogsofinstagram #dogsowners #dogparents #floridadog

🏡 Real Estate Ice Bucket Is Coming - Who's Ready ⁉️
A message for my agent, lender, title and 'real estate' friends!
Ever seen the look on someone's face after they get a bucket of ice water dumped over their head? Get ready for that look. It is going to hit a LOT of people who were not expecting it in less than 30 days. It doesn't matter how many press releases NAR puts out or Zoom meetings your broker holds; this is going to SHOCK a lot of people.
I was in the business 8 years ago when the lending laws and paperwork shifted. It took me 3 classes just to grasp the changes. This change is across the board and will impact EVERYONE in real estate! Agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title will all feel the change.
📂 Paperwork and forms are changing
💸 How you get paid and from whom is now up to you
💰Negotiations are going to get more interesting
🏡 Listing agents are about to get inundated by buyers who won't pay commissions but need help
🖥️ MLS rules are being upended
So what do you do? You CONNECT and NETWORK with professionals in the industry.
