Here’s how the escrow cycle works, step by step:

Once a contract is signed, escrow is opened with a neutral third party (like us at Dynamic Title Services). We hold onto important documents and funds until everything is ready.
💰 2. Deposit Earnest Money
The buyer places their deposit into escrow. This shows they’re serious, and we keep it safe.
🔍 3. Due Diligence Period
This is when inspections, title searches, and loan approvals happen. We’re working behind the scenes to make sure there are no surprises with the property.
📄 4. Clear to Close
Once all conditions are met: loan approved, title cleared, and documents ready, we prepare everything for closing day.
✍️ 5. Closing Day
Everyone signs the final paperwork, funds are transferred, and the transaction is officially completed.

We release funds, record the new ownership, and just like that, the keys are yours!
