First XC meet is in two days! Who is ready??

High school runners, XC season is here! Join us for last group run of the summer. Saturday August 16th 7am leaving from the parking lot across the street from the church in Longleaf.
Will run into Starkey Ranch where there is water and bathrooms, 3 miles+. All abilities and paces are welcome.

Small crowd but knocked out some good miles, thankfully clouds kept the sun covered. Congrats to Carlee for longest ever run, 10 miles! 👍

REMINDER!! anyone interested in running Seahawk 5k on August 9th, we can register our team for $10 each. Message if interested before July 21!!!

Team - we have an opportunity to run the Seahawk 5k at a greatly reduced price of $10 thanks to Sunlake coach Tommy Brown.
Race is Saturday August 9th at Sunlake HS, perfect timing after Brevard camp and before the start of XC season.
Please let Tara or I know if interested, this will be a TDC team race.
