What a weekend. 🤍

For the past year we’ve been at West Ridge Mall, this was our biggest sales weekend ever.

We heard a few people say the mall felt slow this weekend… but somehow, Gypsy Flair had our best one yet. And that means more to me than I can put into words.

To every person who stopped, shopped, shared a post, told a friend, or continues to support Gypsy Flair — thank you.

Small business may look small from the outside, but behind it are some really big dreams.

And an especially huge thank you to West Ridge Mall for giving small businesses like mine this opportunity. For giving us a place to show up, grow, meet new customers, and keep chasing those dreams.

To Lori Zook for all of her hard work - and for all the times she has sold something out of my window when I wasn’t even there.

You’ve given us a place to be small with big dreams. 🤍

And after a crazy weekend, Miley is officially riding out. 😂🛒

Well… we’ve had a staffing change.

Sadly, Mandy is no longer with us after an unfortunate accident. We’ll leave it at that. 😬

So management brought in her replacement.

I’m still not sure why we needed a new adult mannequin considering we are almost sold out of women’s clothes, but management insists more is coming.

We’ll be at The Marketplace at West Ridge today from 12–4, so come see us!

As for what Macy will be wearing today… your guess is as good as mine. We don’t have many women’s clothes left for her to choose from. 😂

Meanwhile, I got a cute new outfit, so clearly somebody around here still knows who the real talent is.

We’re at The Marketplace at West Ridge today from 10–5 and Sunday from 12–4.

That is, if management can get her act together. She couldn’t figure out how to load the new truck, forgot the regular grids come apart, and ended up having to use shorter grids just to get everything hauled over there. 🤦‍♀️

And now that she’s finally remembered the new grids do come apart, if anyone needs some of the shorter ones, she’s planning to sell them Sunday when she tears down. Apparently we’re learning as we go around here. 😂

Meanwhile, she left the mall with things still piled by the door, and I got left in the window wearing last week’s outfit. The disrespect.

So she better get up early today, clean up her mess, get me dressed, and somehow pull together those cute new outfits she keeps promising.

Well… it’s been a crazy week around here. 😂

Management went and bought a TRAILER. Which, of course, meant management also had to buy a TRUCK.

There’s just one tiny problem… she doesn’t even know how to pull a trailer. 🤦‍♀️ So her dad had to drive her new truck and her new trailer home for her.

And apparently parking the truck is also a work in progress. She literally drew chalk lines on the garage walls so she knows where to aim when she pulls in. 😂

But hey — next season we’re upgrading from fighting the heat, rain, and Kansas wind to actual walls and AIR CONDITIONING, so I fully support these questionable life choices.

Now she keeps talking about “making the trailer hers,” and I just want to be very clear… I hope she doesn’t think I’m helping with that. I’m management too. My role is supervision. 💁‍♀️

I’m also VERY happy we’re not outside this weekend!
