Full bathroom remodel- new wall and floor tile, tile shower, vanity, lighting, fixtures, mirror, and paint. The clients get credit for the demo and a lot of the prep work on this one.

Guardrail built using an alternating narrow/wide spacing between balusters. The client proposed the design and I rather like it. It will be painted after the green boards have a little time to dry.

What do you think, should I try to convince them to paint the upper gable louvers green to match the lower gable? Exterior is almost complete. Interior finishes are next.

Laying the aluminum PEX in the Warmboard subfloor went pretty smoothly. I was expecting to have to fight it, but it was low memory.

Siding and exterior trim is almost complete.
