Mirror Work for Success Program - Topeka
Completion of this training course is celebrated with family and friends in a commencement ceremony.
Work for Success is a personal and professional development program that empowers individuals to discover their strengths, build healthy relationships, and prepare for meaningful employment. The Work For Success Program begins with an intensive 4 week personal and professional development training program including healthy relationships, financial management and family violence prevention. Following the four week training, we provide supported employment services including job search and job retention. We also assist the parents with individualized case management by developing a life plan and helping them remove barriers through referrals to community services and resources. The Work for Success Program can help parents resolve state-owed child support arrears and focuses on re-engaging parents in the lives of their children. Please contact us if you know of anyone who would benefit from this great program.

Our personal professional development, interpersonal relationship, and job readiness skill-building class is perfect for individuals who are in a transition with their lives. With four weeks for participants to learn new perspectives, gain insight, and spend time developing their goals, I believe it is very beneficial for a chance to slow down and focus on the next steps. Throughout our four weeks, we are also bringing our community partners into class so they can have access and connections to resources necessary to help them achieve stability along with their goals. We provide case management and ongoing support services.
*Please note: our primary population to serve is parents with minor children. If you can assist us by referring individuals who have minor children, even if the children are not in their custody at this time, it would be appreciated! We also have funding to spend down for this group. 🙂
Visit our office to enroll! Please feel free to share with anyone you know would benefit!
We look forward to meeting you!
