Dropped by the Jackson County Farm Bureau annual meeting tonight and ran into Kansas Farm Bureau President Glenn Brunkow. I'm proud to be endorsed for reeelection by the farmers and ranchers of Kansas Farm Bureau VOTE FBF. I will always stand tall for Kansas agriculture!

Great to visit the renovation at Westridge Mall, to show the project to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and to share the news the Chamber has endorsed my reelection so we can continue to support pro-growth policies.

The Chamber's endorsement reflects what we've been fighting for since day one: lower taxes, less red tape, and a level playing field for Kansas job creators. From the family farm to Main Street businesses in every corner of this district, Kansans want Washington to get out of the way and let them work. Kansas has nearly 8,500 franchises that employ almost 90,000 people in cities and small towns throughout our state, including throughout our 2nd congressional district. Like other small businesses, franchises rely on a positive tax and regulatory environment to thrive. They generate about $9 billion in annual revenue in Kansas, and I will continue to support their important role in our communities.
