Have a Happy and Safe Holiday!!
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

🕯️ Today is World Pet Memorial Day; let's take time to remember and honor the pets who left lasting pawprints on our hearts.

💔 We are a community that understands and honors those moments in time. We understand just how deeply animals impact our lives, hearts, and memories. Whether you lost a pet last week, last year, or last decade, and no matter your pet's age when passing, we know it is so painful. But it is a gift to keep the memories of the time you had with them.

🤍 How do you remember your pets? Feel free to share photos in the comments below; we'd love to help you honor yours. 🐾

HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY TO JAKE!!

Twenty years ago, a tiny cat with a big personality was born. 18 years ago he wandered into our hearts… and today, Jake is celebrating the big 2-0! 🎉🐾🎁

He’s spent almost two decades supervising the hospital, accepting treats, demanding attention at inconvenient times, and reminding us daily just how special senior cats are.

Jake’s secret to a long, happy life? Lots of love, regular veterinary care, good nutrition, some naps, and probably a little bit of cat attitude (who are we kidding - he has a lot of cat attitude) 😸

If your kitty is due for a wellness visit, now’s the perfect time to help them stay healthy, comfortable, and thriving for many birthdays to come.

Give us a call to schedule your cat’s checkup — Jake would definitely approve. 💗

It’s Veterinary Receptionist week and we’re celebrating our font desk dream team❤️❤️❤️

Abby, Hope and Nick are basically professional jugglers! They handle phone ringing, pets arriving, schedule shifting, and somehow they still greet everyone with a smile and keep everything running smooth. 🥰

They really help to calm people and pet’s nerves. They answer so many phone calls and questions. They also make sure to sneak extra treats and love for all the animas walking through the door!! 🐶🐱 Most importantly, they make every visit better from the moment you arrive.

(We’d be lost without them - like truly lost. )

Drop them some loved if they’ve ever helped you out. ❤️❤️❤️

Help us celebrate Dr Blackwell!!
Happiest of Birthdays for one of our veterinarians that gives so much of herself to help pets and people!
🎉🎉🎉🎉
Please help us celebrate her!!

Everybody - let’s say a very happy birthday to our wonderful receptionist Hope!!
(The problem is she is usually the one making the post so that’s why we’re behind today lol.)
When she’s not at work, she likes to spend time with the dogs, the kids, and really enjoyed her recent show at Topeka Civic Theatre!
Help us show her some slightly belated birthday love!!
🎉🎂🎈🎁

🎂 Lots of winter birthdays on the WRAHC team. This time, it's for our owner and veterinarian, Dr. Weisshaar! She has been our practice owner for 9 years. West Ridge is what it is thanks to her vision and leadership. Let's give her some birthday cheers in the comments below! 💚🥳
