Fastpitch Showdowns

The purpose of Fastpitch Showdowns is to provide young female student-athletes a positive experience in fastpitch softball.

We have been involved with fastpitch for over 20 years and have seen it grown from its infancy to one of the largest women's participation team sports in the country. The theme of all of our tournaments is fun, friendship and good competitive softball. Our tournaments also benefit the our sister organization Fastpitch for the Cure, as we believe it is important that the girls are aware that there

Designed at the request of college coaches from academically selective institutions, the Academic All-Star Games offer a unique recruiting opportunity for student-athletes entering their sophomore year and beyond who maintain a 3.6 GPA or higher.

Through skill showcases and live-game competition, participants have the chance to demonstrate both their athletic talent and academic excellence in front of college coaches looking for the complete student-athlete.

You do NOT need to be a part of our Buckeye Showdown RecruitFest Tournament to be a part of this event!

If you excel in the classroom and on the field, this is your opportunity to stand out. ⭐🎓💪

As the college softball landscape continues to evolve, we're excited to add a new event to the Buckeye Showdown RecruitFest designed to help athletes gain exposure and find the right college fit.

📅 Friday Evening, June 10th
⏰ 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The Transfer Portal & Uncommitted Senior Exposure Event will feature:

🥎 Position-specific defensive drills
🥎 Batting reps
🥎 Live game opportunities
🥎 Exposure to college coaches attending Buckeye RecruitFest
🥎 Inclusion in both our printed and digital Player Profile Book distributed to all attending college coaches

💲 Registration: $60 per athlete

⭐ Athletes do NOT need to be participating in the Buckeye Showdown RecruitFest tournament to attend this event.
