A majority of Legacy Meridian Park Techs have already signed the Vote YES petition, and will be voting YES for their union tomorrow at their union election.

That matters because every signature represents a coworker standing up for Just Cause protections, seniority rights, layoff protections, and our collective voice on the job.

If you haven't signed yet, add your name today and join your coworkers in committing to vote YES tomorrow, June 2. Together, we can protect the union we've built and the rights we've won.

The Techs at St. Charles in Bend are standing with their union siblings at Legacy Meridian Park because that's what solidarity looks like. When you join a union, you're not standing alone—you stand alongside thousands of healthcare workers who are fighting for the same things: a voice on the job, respect at work, and the ability to advocate for the best possible care for our patients.

The more united we are, the stronger we become. Together, we can build a better future for healthcare workers, our patients, and our communities.

Legacy Techs will be casting their vote on June 2nd, and we know that across the unit they will be voting Union YES!
