We’re excited to share that Synergo is hiring a Challenge Course Trainer to join our training team.

This role supports staff trainings across the U.S., working closely with clients to deliver thoughtful, ACCT-aligned programs. It’s a great fit for someone with solid challenge course experience who enjoys travel, collaboration, and helping others do their work safely and well.

Details at a glance:
• Seasonal, part-time or full-time
• Extended travel during peak season (March–July)
• $21.25–28.75/hour depending on experience
• Hybrid role with remote work and travel

From commissioning and documentation to leadership, legal realities, and new models for challenge courses, the Synergo team will be sharing what we’ve learned — and learning right alongside you.

✨ Level 1: Oct 6–9 (testing on the 10th)
Learn the essentials: belaying, course inspections, knot tying, spotting, and group facilitation basics.

✨ Level 2: Oct 27–30 (testing on the 31st)
For experienced facilitators: advanced skills in access climbing, rescues, course maintenance, and facilitation for complex groups.

Re-certification available on each testing day.
