Hello everyone, starting today I’ll be selling some of my left over stock. There’s lots of To go containers, some condiments and different pots and pans random stuff like that. It’s all first come first serve i will not be holding anything back. I will be adding to the pile for the next hour or two so stop by and see what we got.

Hello everyone, I have some unfortunate news. We’ve decided we will be shutting down the pig trough. Between the rising food costs, and business slowing down the last year I have gotten to the point where I’ve decided I need to make a more reliable income. I’ve really enjoyed the last 3 years cooking for all of you, and wish you all the best.

I also have some stock left over, so if anyone is interested in some food or resturant supplies make sure to check back here I’ll post something with a date where people can come in and buy my stock supply at cost.

Hello everyone, due to some personal reasons we will not be able to open the rest of the week. If you are interested we have left over brisket for sale stop by piggy cakes and we will sell you per pound for 20 dollars.

Crawfish and shrimp étouffée: 30oz container with rice 15.00

Chopped Brisket sandwich: brisket, pickles, onion, and bbq sauce-
1/4 pound 10.00
1/2 pound 18.00
Add fries for 2.00

Big brisket burrito: jumbo flour tortilla stuffed with Mac and cheese, marinated onions, jalapenos, and 1/2 pound bbq brisket. 22.00

Add chips for 1.00

Brisket monster fries: 15.00

Hello everyone, this weeks menu

PigMac burger: 2 all beef patties, 3 layers of buns, lettuce, diced yellow onion, pickles and house sauce.
12.00 or 14.00 with fries

Pork tenders basket: 3 jumbo fried pork tenders, fries, and country white gravy. 15.00

Chicken salad sandwich basket: fresh chicken salad on Texas toast, with a side order of fries. 11.00

Also we will have pork belly monster fry’s starting Wednesday

Hello everyone, this weeks menu

Chicken Alfredo pasta: grilled chicken breast, fettuccini pasta, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese, garlic bread stick. 17.00

Italian sub sandwich: pepperoni, salami and turkey, with provolone cheese, tomato, roasted red bell peppers, with a creamy seasoned butter spread on a 8 inch sub roll. 15.00

Nacho fries: waffle fries covered in queso, taco beef, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, and queso fresco.
Small 8.00
Large 14.00

Hello everyone 👋, we just got back from the Live Oak County Fair and had a blast. We are going to take the next week off to clean and repair a few things at the pig trough, so we will be back up and running on March 17th, St. Patrick's Day.
