Inquiries about an available date, or discussing details of a cake, do not reserve the date. A date will not be reserved until an order has been placed. Orders cannot be accepted unless placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. The best way to receive a true quote is by explaining the design of cake you're wanting, how many people you need to serve, and the flavors of cake and fillings wanted. Some flavors and fillings require an additional fee. Serving amounts are based on portions of approximately 1.5in x 2in. Please be sure to inform us if larger serving sizes will be used. The base price is typically $3.50 per serving. A smash cake is available FREE of charge for first birthday cake orders. Smash cakes are 5 inches round and decorated using the same theme as the larger cake. (Only available in conjunction with a larger cake that is ordered at the same time. Larger cake must be at least $130.00.) A larger or more detailed smash cake may be ordered at an additional price. Cupcakes are an alternative to a traditional cake. They are convenient because no cutting is involved and they are portion controlled. They can be designed for all occasions. Cupcakes may only be ordered in quantities of a dozen, one flavor per dozen. Cupcakes start at $17 per dozen for traditional cake flavors. Please call for pricing on gourmet flavors and intricate designed cupcakes. Cake pops and cake balls may only be ordered in quantities of a dozen. Standard cake pops (one flavor cake, one color candy coating, sprinkles) are $2.50 each. Custom cake pops start at $4.00 each. Cake balls are $2.00 each (one cake flavor, one color candy coating). Delivery: All orders are pick-up. I do offer delivery for cakes 3 tiers are larger. Free delivery in Terrell. Deliveries outside of Terrell will incur $25 fee plus $1.50 per mile. I do not offer meet-ups. Refunds: Once an item has been picked up by your or your designated party, it is considered "Accepted". Accepted means that you, the client (or your designated party), has looked at the time and was satisfied with it. In the event that I have made a major mistake to the design theme (dinosaurs instead of princesses for example), and you alert me at the time of pickup, every attempt will be made to correct the error in a timely manner, if unable to a partial refund may be given. No refunds will be given for minor color or design discrepancies/variations. NO REFUND will be issued once cake has left my possession due to a design issue. If a major mistake in flavor is found after leaving with the cake, and at the time of cutting, please notify me immediately. If it is found that I served you an entirely incorrect flavor, you will be refunded or credited for the portion of cake that was the incorrect flavor. NO REFUND or CREDIT will issued for any cake that is discarded. No exceptions.
