If you want to reshape a neighborhood, your must reshape the identity of its members.

How is that possible?

Well, what is an identity?

An Identity is a brand, shaped by external labels, culture, social position, and personal narrative

At the core of someone's identity is their mindset.

you must first reshape the internal brand essence—aka their mindset (who they believe they are). With the new core mindset each individual can align the external expressions and social contexts.

Contrary to the mainstream norm belief of identity, exterior influences do not depict someone's identity, only influence it.

Ultimately, each individual decides their identity, based on their decision of how they will react to their exterior influences.

Deeper and the root core of a powerful mindset is self-love.

So how do we reshape a neighborhood?

By implementing an environment that sows the seeds of self-love. As each individual accepts self-love as their main belief, their mindset shifts. They then begin to destroy bad habits, while building powerful productive habits. They can then choose to develop abilities and/or enhance their talents, while being productive members of the neighborhood.

Someone with self-love would not litter, they would clean up after themselves because they want to enjoy their environment.

Someone with self-love would hesitate to participate in illegal activities because of the risks no longer justify the means of their new self-value.

With each individual that implements a new self-love mindset, they impact their surrounding, by default, which means those that surround him/her would be curious to also exercise the upgraded identity.

As the personal identities empower, the neighborhood transitions and it's overall brand begins to shift and as the neighborhood brand shifts, more people with the upgraded identities begin to join the new uplifting neighborhood, and slowly the brand/identity of the neighborhood itself shifts into its upgraded version.

It's either that or simply displace the members and create a blank slate for other members with upgraded mindset to occupy the new neighborhood. -------------> This is the core strategy already implemented
