Tenafly Strong exercise studio is a 1600 square foot health and performance training gym for children, adults, athletes, and special populations.

Tenafly Strong offers individual and semi-private health and performance instruction for children, adults, athletes, and special needs populations. Lessons are by appointment with a fitness trainer, speed, strength and conditioning coach, or health coach. Rates vary depending on the instructor.
