HEY EVERYONE! Good afternoon we are a week out from Christmas and getting close to the new year! I am so excited to announce that I will be expanding my training services starting JANUARY 2nd, not only will I be offering personal training at JAB Fitness. I have now partnered with Liberty Performance Training and will be teaching a Beginning Strength and Conditioning class TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 5:30am-6:30am. I am very excited for this opportunity and cannot wait to work with even more amazing clients!

Sometimes looking in shape doesn’t make you happy.
The photo on the right was professionally done all I wanted was to feel good in my skin but I couldn’t I hated my job and had started planning my out when that photo was taken. The gym I worked for killed most the passion I had for training. Plus I was freshly divorced at 23, and I chose to stay in Arizona. My level of confidence even though I was in the gym everyday was 4.35. Over all happiness a 3.
Fast forward to the picture on the left, taken in my living room yesterday because I felt I looked good. The only difference was the change to my environment. I now work for myself, and found a gym that is more like family than coworkers. I found that Divorce was the best decision ever, and I am so glad I stayed in Arizona. My friends have become family. My Daily confidence is now definitely more than a 7. Happiness averages 8.9.
The moral of the story is the gym won’t fix your problems if you aren’t actively working to fix your situation in life. If you aren’t happy do something about it. You’ll get results way quicker than playing the victim. Just like losing the weight won’t happen until you make a change.

It’s Wednesday! Which means , these three ladies deserve the shout out! and Nikki have been with me two years and the work they have put in has led to awesome results! They push it when they see me but most importantly they stay on the grind outside of seeing me! has just recently joined the group, she already saw amazing success losing over 50 lbs and I am excited she is allowing me to help with the next step of the journey! You guys rock and make it so my job isn’t a job at all!

The right January 10th the left a day ago. Down from 170 to 140 of the 30 pounds lose only 1.4lbs has been muscle. I have dropped about 10% body fat from 32% to 22.5%. High protein, moderate complex carbs. lifting 4x a week, cardio at least 3x a week about 25-30 min. Consistency and not taking your own bull s**t. Self love is great and all but it starts with sticking to changing.
