What this bill does:
▪️ Reforms Arizona’s DUI sentencing code
▪️ Allows prosecutors to extend better plea deals
▪️ Prevents license suspensions for multiple infractions in the same incident
▪️ Allows for the expungement of DUI arrests on a person’s driver’s license
