The world may be burning… but hey, have you heard about p3ptides?? 👀🔥
I am seeing way too many “companies” pop up selling research-only p3ps and GLPs, and suddenly every coach has a discount code to some random site.
So now the medical industry has influencers… for something that is supposed to be prescribed??
Hopefully my bipolar medication is next.
The amount of trust being handed over to random websites and non-medical professionals is actually wild. I have put some questionable sh*t into my body before, but my internal health is not where I cut corners.
If your 5mg of R3ta is not working… I fear that is not R3ta 😂
Not all p3ps are created equal. And some of you are definitely getting the Temu version.
We do not play that game at . We have been prescribing p3ps through actual 503A licensed pharmacies since 2020, so this is not a trend for us.
I am not a medical professional, but knowing this is prescribed by a licensed provider and not some research-only roulette situation makes me feel very confident in what I am putting into my body.
If you are tired of Mr. Bro-Science pushing random p3ps with next-day shipping like Amazon Prime, message me.

Lately I have been sitting back and observing.
Observing how people move. How they speak. How they act when no one is watching. Whether their actions actually match their words. The energy they carry into a room, and the impression they leave behind when they are no longer in it.
Distance has a way of revealing what familiarity can hide.
When you remove yourself from what you have been deeply embedded in, you start seeing people for who they truly are. Not for who you hoped they were. Not for who they said they were. But for who they consistently choose to be.
Words can perform. Actions expose.
Some people know exactly how to sound loyal, loving, supportive, and well intentioned, all while moving in ways that are self serving, deceptive, and deeply misaligned behind the scenes. That is why discernment matters. Because not everyone who stands beside you is standing with you.
I have learned that it does not matter how long standing, familiar, or comforting something feels. If it is heavy, if it drains you, if it creates confusion instead of clarity, if it pulls you down instead of allowing you to expand, it is not meant to come with you.
You cannot ascend while carrying what was never meant to climb with you.
Not every connection is meant to grow with you. Some people are only revealed through the masks they cannot keep on forever, the patterns they thought would go unnoticed, and the truth they expose through their choices.
The more I grow, the more I understand that what is not meant for me will eventually remove itself. What is out of alignment cannot stay forever. And sometimes the people you would have once fought to keep are the very ones you are relieved to remove.
I am learning to trust what feels heavy, stop excusing what feels off, and listen the first time my intuition speaks. Because release is not loss when it creates room for something higher. Sometimes what leaves is not taking from you, it is clearing the path for you.
Everything has a way of revealing itself in time. And sometimes what is not meant for us naturally leaves. It is the end of the story. It is the permission slip to evolve.
