This week the median list price for Temecula, CA 92591 is $799,900 with the market action index hovering around 55, and inventory has increased to 65 homes on the market.

The market has been cooling over time and prices plateaued for a while, but, we’re in the Seller’s zone. If the Market Action Index resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit.
