This is my quick salad! Absolutely tastey! Coconut oil, fresh garlic, onions, mushrooms, kale with a pinch of crushed red pepper, pinch of crushed black pepper and liquid aminos!!! Liquid aminos taste just like soy sauce without all that yuck!
You can put anything into a container. My page is for healthy eats with taste! I hope you enjoy and don't be afraid to share you recipes as well :)

One of my favorite healthy meals! So easy! Ground turkey, quinoa, coconut oil, and anything else you like! I used onions, mushroom, garlic, spinach, diced jalapeños, and liquid amino for some flavor! Who says eating healthy couldn't taste good :)
