Registration is now open for Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios' Martial Arts Summer Camp!

This is a fun and fast-paced camp appropriate for all experience and ability levels.

👊Camp runs from 10 am to 12 pm Monday June 15th through Friday June 19th
👊Registration is $95 and includes a t-shirt and a pair of foam chucks
👊Campers can wear comfortable clothing or martial arts uniforms. We have uniforms available for purchase.
👊The camp is geared toward ages 5-13, class is broken up into groups based on age.
👊Each day will focus on different specific self defense techniques including but not limited to: footwork, striking, blocking, falling, grab and ground defenses.

👊Kids' Anti-Bully Class 11 am - 12 pm
👊Exciting martial arts demonstrations at 12:15 and 1 pm
👊Free 15-minute introductory classes all day
👊Bounce house for the kids

Kids ages 5 - 12 are invited to attend this featured Anti-Bully Class as part of Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios Temecula's 28-year anniversary open house. The class runs from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and will be followed immediately by an exciting martial arts demonstration.

The class will feature:
👊 Striking drills
👊 Basic groundwork drills
👊 Application on a live attacker in a full combat suit

Guys of all experience levels ages 13 and up are invited to attend our annual Men's Sparring Class!

This featured class kicks off Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios Temecula's 28-year anniversary open house on March 21st. It is a super fun and fast-paced workout that can be tailored to all fitness levels. The class includes:

👊 Bag and pad work
👊 Footwork drills
👊 Live sparring
👊 Groundwork

Participants can wear workout clothes or a martial arts uniform. Please bring headgear, gloves and a mouthguard or we have gear available to borrow/purchase.
