In life we learn, we grow and most importantly we do our best to take care of everyone else around us, but sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves. Over the past year, my health has taken a toll on my personal life and it has really impacted those around me. This song expresses a bit of how my mental state has been and how I cope. The only thing that keeps my mind from wondering is writing music. I didn’t want to write a sad song about mental health, I wanted to bring joy and express that if we keep faith in our god he’ll take care of us. I can only get the help that I need and continue to move forward. Anxiety and depression is real and for those who’ve never experienced it will never understand what goes through our minds. Please continue to spread love not hate and stop assuming mental health isn’t important. I love y’all and I hope y’all enjoy my new song ❤️🫶🏾
