Sunday Worship 8/2 (10:30 am) - This Sunday, we will meet in Friendship Hall--instead of the Sanctuary--for a discussion about the purpose of worship and the importance (or lack of importance) of the various rituals that constitute our Sunday morning gatherings. This is an opportunity to remind ourselves why we do what we do. Join Pastor Keslinn for a workshop style service: "The Heart of Worship."

Potluck Sunday - Don't forget to bring your favorite dish for sharing around a common table, following worship. Everyone is invited.

Stunningly beautiful celebration of life for Barry Joseph today at TCC. Many thanks to all who helped to make this a day filled with love.

This Saturday, starting at 10 o'clock, is Barry Joseph's Celebration of Life. The beautiful service in the sanctuary will be followed by a luncheon in Friendship Hall. We will miss Barry forever. This service is a reminder of his eternal place with God.

Sunday Worship 6/28 (10:30 am) - On the final Sunday of Pride Month, we will explore the effects of marginalization on the mental health of LGBTQ+ people. Kathryn Kawecki will lead the congregation in considering ways we may serve as agents of healing.

I am in New Haven, visiting family. As I was researching where we might go to church, I found the United Church of Christ and Dixwell UCC. We will attend tomorrow.

It is so comforting to find a church like our wonderful church in Tehachapi.

Tehachapi Pride Walk 6/27 - Tehachapi Community Church sits at the center of a planned community Pride Walk. TCC has volunteered to host a rest stop and light refreshment for the walkers. Everyone is invited to join the celebration by walking, cheering the walkers, or providing a place of welcome, hospitality, water, and other light refreshment. For those wanting to join the walk, it begins at Curry and F St. at 11 am. All others are invited to join the festivities at the church at 11am.

Sunday Worship 6/21 (10:30 am) - Join Pastor Keslinn for this third Sunday of Pride Month as she shares a portion of her personal faith journey. Through her story, we will consider the important role welcoming congregations like Tehachapi Community Church, UCC can play in the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals and their families. Join us this Sunday for a service titled "Let Your Light Shine!"
