I can't even express how satisfying this picture is to me! The day started with the pure chaos of my lengthy out-of-stock list and slowly turned into a great sense of inner peace knowing that everything is just about fully stocked. Bliss. 🥰

We're heading into spring and I can't wait to see all the lovely lilacs in bloom around town. If you're missing the fragrance of them, our Hungarian Lilac is almost as good as the real thing!

Probably my least favorite part of the process is going back through and filing in the sink holes. These happen because wax contracts as it cools and tiny air bubbles get trapped inside. Usually they surface and end up exposed, as you can see in the picture, but sometimes they are hidden just under the surface, so every candle gets a test poke just in case and filled in with more of the same scented wax. Once solidified, the outside gets cleaned and they get lids and labels before heading off to fill orders or to Gallery 'N Gifts for sale.

I love mixing the colors, playing with combining fragrances to make a new unique scent and figuring out, "What color does this fragrance smell like?" 🤣🥰

Yes, it's a very messy chaotic process, but OMG it smells so good!
