Marley's Mutts Dog Rescue

Meet Squid! 🦑
Squid is a little more chill than his sister Jellyfish, but don’t let that fool you… this boy is still VERY excited to see you!
He’s happy, friendly, and absolutely convinced that if you’re giving out pets, he should be FIRST in line.
And if you happen to be petting someone else? No problem. Squid will simply walk directly in front of you like, “Excuse me… I believe you meant ME.”
He’s got a big personality packed into that adorable puppy body and loves being right in the middle of whatever is happening.
Sweet, enthusiastic, and just a tiny bit bossy when it comes to getting attention.
Come meet Squid and prepare to be politely but aggressively recruited for puppy cuddles!

Meet Jellyfish! 🪼
Jellyfish is basically a tiny ball of wiggles with legs. She is SO happy and has a whole-body tail wag going at all times.
She’ll stare at you with the most intense little puppy eyes like, “Ummm… are you going to pet me or what?” And the second you give in, she’s in your lap!
Once Jellyfish gets comfy, she’s staying put. She’ll happily snuggle in your lap until YOU decide it’s time to get up. And honestly… why would you ever want to?
If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly, wiggly little shadow, Jellyfish might be your girl!
Come meet this adorable little cuddle bug!

Meet Robin!
Robin is one of those dogs who is just SWEET. She loves her people, but she’s not the type to be glued to your hip 24/7. She’s got her own thing going on too.
Her favorite way to say hello? A gentle little hug! wrap herself around you, and happily stay there as long as you keep the pets coming. Basically, once the hug starts, you’re on petting duty.
She’s also a GREAT walker and loves getting out for a stroll. And when it comes to other dogs? Robin is friendly with everyone she meets—even the ones who are acting like complete lunatics.
Sweet, affectionate, easygoing, and always ready for a hug… what more could you ask for?
Come meet Robin!

Meet Rusty
Rusty is basically a baby giraffe who somehow ended up in a dog’s body. She RUNS like she’s still figuring out where all four legs are supposed to go.
She’s super playful and has absolutely ZERO idea what personal space means.
She’ll happily jump right into your lap, roll around like she owns the place, and soak up all the attention she can get.
And treats? Oh, she understands treats. VERY well.
If you’re looking for a goofy, playful best friend who will keep you laughing, Rusty might just be your girl.
Come meet this adorable little weirdo and see for yourself!

🍂 Fall Fun at the Ranch! 🐾🎃
We’re doing Volunteer Day a little differently this October — because helping out at the ranch should be fun, too. ❤️
Come hang out with the Mutts, grab a free hot dog, join in some fall games and contests, snap photos with some very questionably dressed rescue dogs 😂, or roll up your sleeves and help us tackle a few ranch projects.
🎃 Costumes are encouraged — and yes, there will be prizes!

🛠️ Ranch projects for anyone who wants to lend a hand
Bring the family, bring a friend, wear something ridiculous if you want, and come spend the day with us.

Nora is settling at the ranch and loving our team!

Meet Rune, the handsome heart of the med room at Marley’s Mutts Ranch. ❤️

When Rune arrived, we discovered that he was completely blind—something even the shelter hadn’t realized. We may never know whether it was caused by poisoning or head trauma, but from his first day here, Rune began learning to navigate his new world through sound, scent, trust and love.

He knows everyone at the ranch and greets the people he loves with his whole heart. Even after losing his dear friend Scarlet, he has continued to adjust with incredible courage and grace.

Rune is a truly special boy—and quite possibly one of the most handsome dogs we’ve had at the ranch in years. Please share his story and help us find the extraordinary person who will see just how much love he has to give.

Jackie Brown came to us from a homeless encampment in San Bernardino, frightened, overwhelmed and unsure of everything around her. But boy, has that changed.

Today, Jackie is playful, affectionate and blossoming into the confident young dog she was always meant to be. She is spayed, vaccinated and officially ready to find her people.

Jackie Brown’s next chapter is waiting—could it be with you? ❤️
