Tehachapi Mountain Aces Young Authors Club students write spooky stories for Halloween The Tehachapi Mountain Aces submitted stories written by their Young Authors Club to be published in Tehachapi News for Halloween.

We want to wish a very happy birthday to one of young authors, Benji! He’s spending his birthday putting in some work on his next book! 🎉

For the safety of all our club members and teachers we will not be holding our young authors club tonight! Stay warm 😊

We have two amazing English teachers that run our Young Author’s Club. They are also available for tutoring, college essay writing, SAT or ACT prep, and more!

Our Young Author’s Club had a visit from a local author last week. Karina Coghlan shared her adorable children’s book “Rosie and Teddy” and gave our young authors some insight on the process of writing, editing, and publishing a book! We can’t wait to have Ms. Karina back and to read about Rosie and Teddy’s next adventure!
