How many are familiar with this book🙋‍♂️ Or have something similar? Share in the comments your favorite diet/nutrition/healthfood book 📖 I’d love to know more.

I was introduced to this book about 20 yrs ago and it has since changed the way I look at food/diet. It is true, “you are what you eat”.
Plants/food can help you to live your best life and maybe even help heal ailments.
That’s why we focus SO HARD on ingredients🌾🧈🥚. We not only want to provide you with something delicious but REAL as well.
Please know that we search FAR and WIDE to find the best ingredients for you, your family, and us 😁

Real Food for Real People 🤝

Lauren D Corda is the person who showed me this book and I am forever indebted 🙏🏻

No more trash food 👎🏻

Our first Open Mic! Sunday 11am-1pm.

Pat brought us one step closer to enlightenment by sharing his wealth of knowledge through spoken word.

We had a sell out day, selling most of our baked items and selling out of pizza for the second weekend in a row!👏🏻
Thank you to all who stopped by!❤️

We’ll see you this Sunday 10/4 11am-1pm for our next Open Mic 👋🏻

Open Mic/Talent Show every Sunday 11am-1pm at The A-Frame!!!🎤

All acts welcome (but must be acceptable for all ages). Children will most likely be present.

There are so many talented people in our community.
We think it will be fun to showcase some of the talent in a relaxed, no judgement space.

It’s a small space so performances will be acoustic.

Let’s have fun and perform for each other (good or bad)😁

Gate passes for BVS cannot be called by A-Frame Bakery.

We’ve had more and more people show up on bike or by foot, and we LOVE IT!!!
One thing we love about vacation, is having a destination. A place to walk for a yummy treat and burning calories on the way.
Sometimes we’ll walk from our location here to the Mulligan Room just to feed that need in BVS.

I’ve mapped out a short 1.4 mile “hike/walk” from the mailboxes at Lower Valley Rd/Skyline to A-Frame Bakery. There’s not a lot of traffic on Skyline but hikers need to be extra careful walking along the road. The route will be sloped the entire way (uphill/downhill). You will most likely burn calories consumed here 😁 A free cookie (or cappuccino) will be waiting for hikers/bikers 🍪
