Please join us for our regularly scheduled milonga this coming Saturday April 18th 6:30 - 9. We will have a mini class at 6:30 and the milonga will go from 7-9. Lite appetizers and refreshments will be served. Cost is $10 per person. DJ Guadalupe will once again will be providing us with a wonderful variety of music.

Now through the end of June Backstreet Tango’s specialty class is on Dancing in the close embrace. For those of you who are like me are intimidated by dancing Argentine Tango this way let me encourage you to give it a try. After all, Close embrace is really a hug, and who doesn’t love a good hug?! Join us at 4 pm on Saturdays You will leave loved and charmed by this joyful Argentine Tango community. No judgement just sweet acceptance. Those attending the class must have the basic understanding of posture, and the basic elements of the dance. If you are not sure, stop by at one of the basic level classes and get the instructors approval to attend.

Please join us for our monthly Milonga 21 March 6:30 -9 pm. Lite appetizers and refreshments will be provided. We will conduct a mimi class from 6:30 to 7 pm then the milonga there after.

Tango Dance Opportunity this coming Saturday at 7 pm at the national Guard Armory in Tacoma. They will be DJing Argentine Tango music for a period of two hours. Cost is 20 dollars per person. Sol De Noche will be conducting this event. You can get tickets on line see national guard armory events.

Wanted to thank DJ Guadalupe Rodriguez for creating a wonderful atmosphere at our milonga with his music. Katie Ferrell and DJ Guadalupe taught a very nice introductory class on Musicality which everyone enjoyed. Thanks to all that were able to come out and join us.
