Happy Memorial Day!
This is rare for my business but I recently read a review on Google from a un-happy customer who was surprised that ( I repaired a nail hole in his tire ) without his prior authorization while doing an oil/filter service on his car.
I apologized for not calling for authorization before doing the additional repair and also offered to remove the charge from his bill. Still not happy and went out of his way to leave a review.
All I can say is good luck in life and when the next repair shop calls for prior authorization to repair something you don’t need, at least you knew in advance.
