Squirrel season is here. Pulled from an attic this morning.

We had a customer staging a home for sale with items from Goodwill. Two months later she now has these in three bedrooms. Goodwill, thrifting stores, pawnshops, etc are bed bug breeding grounds.

Termite season is officially here. Georgia ranks high every year for termite damage. Plenty of labor invovled treating a home properly. Gives us a call or text for a free quote.

There's not a wall in this photo that hasn't been infested with termites. Damage starts from the baseboard and leads up to the 2nd floor. The customer had no clue until they started tunneling out of the back door light. We still have no idea how bad the damage is, won't know until the sheetrock is taken down.

Rodent feeding stations will help prevent rodents from entering the home if maintained correctly. Every once in a while, something else will surprise you.

With cooler weather comes the Joro spiders.

This basic three bedroom, two bath, took about six hours to treat for termites. We used 150 gallons of termicide. Something to think about when you're buying that gallon of chemical from Home Depot.

Foam insulation, great for insulating your home but can harbor and hide insects, rodents and probably the worst, moisture .

Wood to ground contact, something you want to avoid in your crawl space. These termites started with some scrap wood in the crawl and ate up to the 2nd floor of the home. The damage stopped at the ceiling on the 2nd level.
