Big Rack BBQ

Another comp in the books...another great time had by all...no calls but we did beat half the field...big thanx to Woo-Jin and Andrew for comin and checkin us out!

Big meats are on and getting happy...times and temps are pretty right on...mmmm

We have land...set up....check..whale watching..check..meat prep....check...adult beverage...CHECK!

So Cal bound!!! Cant wait...see some good friends and cooks some que....come check us out in Dana Point!

ARRGHHHH the day before....Been running around gathering this, cleaning that...and still gotta trim meat tonight! Cant wait to get to Williams...gonna be cooler...gonna get to see some friends...gonna get to cook some good BBQ...come on y'all !! get out of the valley on 6/15 and head out to Williams and Check US out!!!

Hey ya'll time to get out of the valley for the weekend...Big Rack is going to be @ the Northern Az BBQ comp in Williams, az June 14th....last time we were there we got first place in brisket...cant wait...always a great comp!

Good day for Big Rack...congrats Kevin on his 2nd place ribs and Travis and his 9th place brisket...finished 8th overall!

Mother nature must not like BBQ..she rains on us...we lose power and now she tries freeze us....bring it cuz were not stopping...the BBQ will go on!

Comp week! First comp of the year for us and we are excited!!! Heading down to Tucson for the Freedom RV Showdown...over 25 teams it will be a great one!!!

Had a great time at Pit Crews and BBQ...thanks goes out to AZBarbeque. We did pretty well...Two calls 3rd in chicken and 9th in brisket. Big congrats to Wrangler's Reserve BBQ for grabbin GC and our friends Little Miss BBQ gettin another RGC! Great job guys!
