We’re proud to announce our participation in the American Heart Association - Arizona 2026 West Valley Heart Walk to help support healthier lives and stronger communities.
As a first step, we're taking part in the Torch Journey, from Monday, October 12 through Friday, October 23. Upon accepting the torch from a local partner, it will travel across our communities to build excitement and awareness around heart health.

Creativity can be a powerful way to connect.
Expressive Connections is a free monthly arts-based program for individuals living with MCI or early-stage dementia and their care partners.
Through guided creative activities, participants can enjoy self-expression, social connection and meaningful time together in a welcoming space. Care partners are welcome to attend with a loved one or on their own.
