Yesterday’s Crafty Kids program was a glowing success! Our young creators at the Surprise Regional Library made beautiful Fall Tree Luminaries using tissue paper, glass jars, and plenty of Mod Podge. The kids had an absolute blast! 🍂

Crafty Comebacks kicked off our inaugural program at Hollyhock Library today. We jumped into Halloween by creating spider doily frames. Next month we are making mini pumpkin-scented candles in baby food jars.🎃 Thanks to everyone who joined us.

One year ago, we launched our Stars & Stories reading program to celebrate America's 250th birthday! Since then, nearly 2,000 people attended our exciting patriotic events, readers redeemed more than 3,000 prizes, and together we logged over 1.7 million reading minutes! It was amazing to celebrate America's 250th together.

If you want to keep the celebration going, please join us on Thursday, November 19, for Reflecting America: A Semiquincentennial!

Halloween hijinks await at the Hollyhock Library. From Zombie Gingerbread people to inconvenient ghost encounters, crafty spiderweb frames, and exploding monsters, we’re serving up a full cauldron of fun. Even our preschool packs and adult pocket projects are dressed for the season. Swing by Hollyhock — we’re delightfully obsessed with Halloween. 🎃

Mindful Movement is a gentle flow class blending yoga, somatic practices and guided meditation to help release tension, improve mobility/flexibility, and reconnect with your body.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and any additional props you may like.

Come join us for a high-energy, interactive program where little ones and their grown-ups move, laugh and play together using giant, colorful parachutes. This program is perfect for ages 1-5. Caregivers are encouraged to join in the fun.
