Here are some common reasons people experience insomnia:
1. Stress and anxiety
2. Irregular sleep schedule
3. Poor sleep environment (noise, light, temperature)
4. Stimulating activities before bedtime (screens, exercise)
5. Medical conditions (pain, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome)
6. Medications or substances (caffeine, ni****ne)
7. Lifestyle factors (travel, work schedule, family responsibilities)
These factors can disrupt sleep patterns and make it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep. Do you struggle with insomnia?
Tips for insomnia:
1. Stick to a sleep schedule
2. Relax before bed (meditation, reading)
3. Dark, quiet, cool sleep space
4. Limit screens before bed
5. Morning sunlight for a regulated sleep cycle
