Tropical Storm Debby Update NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The City of North Myrtle Beach continues to monitor Tropical Storm Debby.

Debbie came ashore in Florida as a Cat 1 Hurricane, but has since been downgraded to a Tropical Storm. She is still threatening the Grand Strand with a potential of 20 inches of rain.

We'll start to see the rain moving in this afternoon.
