If you’re a fan of our savory items, you will love our new Tomato Olive Frangipani. We make it right here at Surf Cafea with locally sourced fresh vegetables. The pastry is flaky and buttery, smeared with a spoonful of almond thyme paste and topped with tomatoes, black olives and fresh thyme. It bursts with umami deliciousness and pairs well with our black coffee or a simple latte
