NEED->Office /Administrative Assistant

We are a Cement manufacture company in Sun Valley Ca.. looking to hire a capable office assistant, multi tasked type with Organization skills to keep track of company records and client jobs. A background in accounting or construction bookkeeping is highly recommended.
Must be self-teaching and resourceful and have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Need to have the following experience:
- Knowledge with quickbooks
- Preferably experience in the Home Improvement industry
- Payroll / Paychecks
- Preferably Spanish Speaker in addition to excellent English
